My name is William O’Hanlon and I am the founder of Next Step Sober House Inc. I am sober alcoholic 6 years and recovered from a hopeless state of mind and body. But it wasn’t always that way. I attended AA meetings for 2 decades and failed miserably. I was able to put together 3 to 6 months of sober time but was never able to stay stopped. I would relapse after short periods of sobriety and suffered all the pain that comes from relapse. So, I understand what you must be going through. However, I have recovered from alcoholism. I have put together a program that has enhanced the sober house experience and increased the survival rate of the suffering alcoholic. There is hope. There is a treatment and a way out of this progressive and debilitating disease.

It begins with attending the physical needs of the alcoholic. By that, I mean their health. When a person drinks alcoholically it takes a tremendous toll on one’s body. We will help you get into detox and/or hospitalization if necessary. Once having your health restored, somewhat, we will help you get into a sober house and cover your first 2 weeks rent. I believe it increases the survival rate when you have a roof over your head. We work with several sober houses in Broward County such as Fellowship Recovery and 954 sober house to name a couple. Next you will need a job. We work with 2 large corporations, Williams & Burns Inc and ResortBnb Travels Corp that are willing to give alcoholics a chance. The telemarketing jobs start at $16 an hour and it’s a start. That’s all. Alcoholics suffer from extreme low self esteem and a paycheck builds self-esteem. If an alcoholic works 8 hours and sleeps 8 hours now you only have to stay sober 8 hours. That’s manageable
